Get ready for the eclipse there hasnt been a full moon lunar eclipse since 2011…and speaking of the our friend the moon, let’s not forget about the age old tradition of planting by the moon. The relationship with the moon and the gravitational tidal pulls have a direct relationship with seeds and plants and how they grow. The water in the soil while we cannot see this with our limited senses also rises and falls with the lunar cycle. At the ground level it has been proven. So gravity being what it is, it seems that the elevated balcony garden plants should follow the same rule. It is not to say that you will not have success if planting at other times, only that due to natures cycles it just makes sense.
So before the full moon eclipse this April, get those seeds all planted! and in May (northern hemisphere people), get your seedlings firmly set in your containers and planters and for those on the ground, in the ground. Please feel free to comment and share pics anytime.
Finally this is a great time to connect your higher power- the alpha the omega…and put out your intent to what you want to make manifest. Take a moment and get quiet, focus on your goals and put out your intention to create the world you want. Afterall, many Tibetan buddhists believe that with any lunar eclipse the energy is manifest times 1000 minimally! (Also solar eclipses make manifest energy as well and even more so then the moon.)
